The Nitri-Black Carbon Steel Wok is a 30cm powerhouse that functions as a hybrid between cast iron and stainless steel, combining the heat retention of cast iron with the lightweight qualities of stainless steel. The patented NITRI-BLACK heat treatment process creates a double oxidised anti-rust finish up to 5x harder than regular carbon steel, making this truly a wok for life. Once seasoned, the naturally non-stick surface builds up and improves with every use, with no PFOA, PFOS, lead or cadmium coatings to worry about. Metal utensil friendly. The ergonomic screw on wooden handle stays cool during cooking and detaches for oven seasoning. Includes a glass lid designed for steaming. Please note: not suitable for induction hobs.

Use & Care

Compatible with gas, ceramic and electric hobs. Not suitable for induction. Avoid dishwashing to preserve the non-stick patina. Wipe down with a towel after use. Season regularly with oil to build and maintain non-stick performance. Detach handle for oven seasoning. Metal utensils safe.
