The SAVOURY Series Lightweight Cast Iron Wok delivers the exceptional heat conductivity and durability of traditional cast iron at 50% of the weight, making it far more practical for everyday use. The polka dot textured cooking surface creates mechanical food release for natural non-stick performance without PFOA coatings, keeping cooking healthy and cleanup fast. The dome shaped lid gives extra space for larger ingredients while locking in flavour through better steam circulation. An adjustable valve knob on the lid gives precise steam control and doubles as a handy tool rest. Ergonomic beech wood handles provide a comfortable, secure grip. Compatible with all hob types including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
