Tri-ply construction with a heat responsive aluminium core delivers efficient, even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. The patented detachable handle locks securely into place for safe carrying and detaches to free up space on the stovetop and in storage. A fixed side handle makes it an elegant serving piece suitable for bringing straight to the table. Tempered glass lid lets you monitor cooking without lifting.
